And So I Begin...

I am very excited about this new endeavor of mine. So is the hubby, since it will probably result in more food for him; and a few of my friends who have already volunteered to be testers. Since I mention the hubby, I must also just mention that I am wholly blessed to be married to a man that enjoys all foods even more than I do and will willingly eat whatever I put in front of him!

I love to cook and as I said, my husband loves to eat. It’s the perfect match. And with three meals a day to put together, I am constantly on the lookout for new recipes. When I find great recipes, I love to share them with anyone and everyone. Fun, adventurous recipes that make cooking enjoyable still.

It took the moving out of my mother’s huge pristine kitchen with acres of counter space (which I was hardly ever allowed to cook in anyway for fear I destroy the immaculate pristine-ness) and into my cute, little, not nearly as pristine apartment kitchen, with six square feet of counter space, to realize that good cooking isn’t measured by the size or cleanliness of the kitchen it comes out of. Thank goodness.

All I really needed for adventerous cooking was a basic, mildly stocked, apartment size kitchen and the willingness to give it a shot. And here I am, still just giving it a shot.
